SHIFT Terms of Service

These terms describe the intended use of SHIFT. They should be reviewed as the product moves from beta into public production.

Use of the App

SHIFT is provided for motorsport performance, activity logging, team challenges, social features and related wellness tools. You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully.

Health and Fitness Notice

SHIFT is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing training, recovery, hydration or nutrition routines, especially if you have a medical condition.

Location and Safety

Users should not rely on SHIFT as an emergency service. Location masking and safety-sharing features are designed as support tools and may depend on device permissions, connectivity and backend availability.

Subscriptions

If paid digital features are enabled on iOS, subscriptions will use Apple In-App Purchases. Pricing, trial periods, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.

User Content

You are responsible for posts, comments, images and other content you add. Do not upload confidential team information, unsafe location details, illegal content or content you do not have rights to share.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from inside the app profile/settings area once production account services are active.
